Nicia Agents is a platform for running, evaluating, and improving AI agents. The Service allows users to deploy agents, define goals, track performance, and manage improvements through governed workflows.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
  • Use the Service to transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code

7. Payment and Billing

  • Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in these Terms.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

8. Free Tier

We may offer a free tier with limited features and usage. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free tier at any time without notice.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily limits availability and will provide reasonable notice when possible.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
